The human tendency is to see the world as a zero sum game. One persons win is another persons loss.
In reality the world often offers the tendency for our "winning" to be a blessing for others. If we look towards success as a way to bless others we will often find opportunities to bless others in what we do.
Christ calls us to be a blessing to the world. As we search for success we should always aim to bless others in the process.
